Bring on your toughest problem. The question that has you stumped.
Perquire Research specializes in solving problems that others can’t – primarily in the areas of sensor management and signal processing.
Perquire was founded by Dr. Kenneth Hintz whose research interests have produced nearly 30 patents. Dr. Hintz invented the cavity induced modulation (CIM) technique for detecting snipers before they shoot. He also developed a method of information-based sensor management (IBSM) which he applied to early detection of ideas in cyberspace.
Perquire was established to seek challenges like these and to offer licensing opportunities for Dr. Hintz’s patents. Most are available through the inventor or through the George Mason University Research Foundation.
